Through the controlled access point you will find the parking areas, situated around the resort. Once passed this area, you will find pedestrianised areas complemented by ample greenery and towards the back of the buildings you can access the properties.
With a low land to build density, the 246 apartments are located in buildings of only 2 floors, situated together around private gardens per grouping of apartments, meaning that residents have a balance of differing areas for gatherings, rest and also for fun. In the centre of the complex there will be swimming pools, and next to that will be a child`s play area.
In the area to the east of the resort, 48 of the properties will also benefit from privileged views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.
In all of the properties the available space has been optimised and has an open plan feel meaning that the 34m2 of living space is distributed across the different areas of the property.
The living area with a bathroom, spacious lounge, open plan furnished kitchen from which you can access the terrace to the property and also, in the case of the ground floor apartments, where there is access to the gardens. The resting area comprises a comfortable sized bedroom that has large windows with views of the gardens around which the properties are located.
