If you would like to view Prestige Properties Overseas portfolio of properties, simply book your flights to your chosen airport - Spain (Alicante, Malaga or Almería) or Tangiers, being the most convenient to our associate offices.

Should you purchase a property from Prestige Properties Overseas your viewing trip expenses will be refunded to you. The offer includes up to £100 per person for flights (maximum 2 people) plus 2 nights accommodation in a luxury hotel arranged by Prestige Properties Overseas.

As our properties often sell out fast, it is advisable to place a FULLY REFUNDABLE reservation prior to viewing in order to hold your chosen property off the market and secure the price, alternatively, if you prefer to view the area before paying a reservation, please contact our office prior to making travel arrangements to ensure availability and that an advisor will be available to attend to your requirements.

MOROCCO properties viewing trip - picture itinerary:

During lunch at one of the local restaurants our representative will be pleased to answer any questions you may have. Whenever possible all viewings will be on a one-to-one basis. Once all aspects have been covered you will be returned to your hotel, or our representative will take you back to Tangier airport in good time for your return flight.

We have been in business long enough to know that not everybody buys (most do however!!) and trust that your trip will be at least a pleasant and interesting experience. Your accommodation will be arranged for you prior to your arrival. Please remember to retain all bills for reimbursement.

Terms and conditions:

• The offer only applies to new reservations.
• Refund of viewing trip expenses apply only for viewers whom purchase property with Prestige Properties Overseas.
• The offer only applies to a maximum of two people for two nights, any two nights are ok, any variation needs to be confirmed with the office.
• You must book and pay for your own flights to Tangier (or via Madrid). We will refund up to £100 per person for flights provided a purchase is made.
• After inspection visit you will need to produce the flight confirmation and bill of accommodation, also required is bank account details (inc. IBAN code) to where the refund is to be made. We can only reimburse for viewing trips in this way.
• If the appointment is not attended for any reason expenses can not be reimbursed.
• Accommodation is selected and booked by Prestige Properties Overseas. For viewing trips in Spain accommodation will be an apartment or small hotel close to the relevant office. For viewing trips in Morocco accommodation will be the Hotel OUMNIA, or similar. Accommodation subject to availability and entirely at the company’s discretion.
• The concession only applies to 1 viewing trip; second viewings are not eligible for the offer.
• If two people are needed to make the decision to purchase then both need to attend the appointment.
• If viewing Morocco and flying to Malaga, you will be collected from the airport and chauffeured to Algeciras/Tarifa for the ferry to Tangier – a cost of 150 € plus ferry costs will be incurred for this service (returnable upon purchase) – direct flights recommended. (Ferry unavailable in July/Aug).
