At Prestige Properties Overseas we strongly value new business and the commitment demonstrated by existing customers who refer their friends & family to us. It is therefore our policy to reward referrals with a up to 1000 € referral fee*, which will be paid to you once you have introduced a new customer to us and they have paid their full deposit and fees for whichever property they choose to purchase. There is no limit to the number of new purchasers you can refer!!

Terms and conditions:

* Please note the following conditions apply to all referrals and must be met in order to receive the up to 1000 € referral fee:

• This offer only applies to referrals from 9th November 2004 onwards.
• Referrals must never have contacted a Prestige Properties Overseas (or affiliate) office prior to us receiving your referral.
• This referral form must have been completed before contact between the referral client and Prestige Properties Overseas (or affiliate) office in order to qualify for the offer.
• Referral fees will not be paid until the new (referred) client has paid all deposits and fees.
• The referral fee is only payable on reservations made, all deposits and fees paid and signed contracts received within 60 days of the referral submission.
• Once the referred purchaser has paid all deposits and signed contracts, a referral acceptance form will be issued, payment of referral fee will be within approx 2 weeks after receipt of this acceptance form.
• 1,000 € applies to all successful referrals except for the Paradise Golf and Beach Aparthotel, Tanjah Beach View, Sunset Apartments Fez and studios in Spain where 500 € is applicable.
• Referral fee offer last updated 01/07/2008, any successful referrals made after this date qualify for the updated referral fee.
