Ritson Golf Design Ltd has been chosen to design the Golf Course at the Paradise Golf and Beach Resort. Steve Ritson is an Associate Member of the European Institute of Golf Course Architects, a member of the Landscape Institute (UK), a Masters in Landscape Design and a BSc. (Hons) in Agricultural and Environmental Science. The company’s brief is to design a quality course suitable for players of all abilities. Steve Ritson has designed: The Brookfield, Pytchley Lodge and Lakeside Golf Courses in the UK and and Le Meridien Ibom Hotel and Golf Resort in Nigeria. In the pipeline are new championship golf courses in Egypt, Equatorial Guinea and Mozambique.THE BANK
Groupe Banque Poopulaire is one of the leading banking groups in Morocco. They will provide much of the finance for the Paradise Golf and Beach Resort. In addition they will also make all payments for construction and development of the project. Using the “Certification System” payments will only be made once the banks own technical experts and architects have visited the site to ensure that all work has been carried out according to specification.
Groupe Banque Populaire will also provide mortgages to purchasers at Paradise Golf and Beach Resort where required. These, of course, will be subject to status.
